Hayhoe Homes has been named the recipient of a 2019 Homeowners’ Choice Award, presented by Tarion. These are the only awards that give Ontario’s new home owners the power to have their new home builder recognized for customer service excellence. We are extremly honored as this is our second year in a row winning the award.
The Homeowners’ Choice Awards recognize a builder’s outstanding customer service in four categories: Small, Medium, Large Volume and High-Rise. Hayhoe Homes was recognized in the Large Volume category, having over 100 possessions per year.
“A new home is one of life’s biggest investments and that’s why it’s important to have it built by someone you can trust who understands your needs,” says Tarion President and CEO Howard Bogach. “The builders recognized by these awards have demonstrated exemplary customer service to their homeowners and by doing set an example for others to follow. I’m pleased to congratulate Hayhoe Homes for helping to raise the bar for the new home building industry.”
The Homeowners’ Choice Awards are presented annually based on the results of surveys completed by new home buyers from across the province. In 2018, Tarion polled 54,518 new home buyers asking them about their builder’s performance before, during and after they moved into their new home. More than 11,376 homeowners responded, choosing recipients for outstanding customer service in the four categories.
